SCHEDULE

Children - Children's classes focus on the development of the mind and body through age appropriate physical and mental strengthening exercises. Children will be taught and shown the importance of self-discipline, respect and self-confidence. Most of all, children will be taught the importance of balance in life between hard work and having fun.

 

Adults - Adult workouts are customized to the groupings of the class with a strong focus on weight loss and physical well being. Adults will be exposed to the workings of spiritual and mental health through the study of martial arts. Adults are separated by experience levels into the groupings of beginners, intermediate and advanced.
